Position Title: CNC Swiss Machinist-Reference Job 1232
Description
Current working knowledge of: Citizen M Series, Tsugami, Maeir, Star or Tornos Swiss machines.
Advanced programming commands, tool grinding, tool management, quality inspection processes.
Strong working knowledge of inspection equipment: optical comparators, height gages, thread measuring gages and hand held micrometers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience of setup and high level operator capability. Must have strong math skills. Must be able to work responsibly within a team environment while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in the manufacturing of precision components for precision industries. Experience with Esprit and/or Part Maker highly desired. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma a plus.
